Proper Fitness and your Skin Your skin is the largest organ in your body, so that’s why you should take care of it as best as possible. Most women use some type of skin care product to wash their face. Well, sorry to bust your bubble but do you really think that adding on cream will case all of your skin care problems to go away? Absolutely not, the true answer is to have a healthy diet, because all illnesses in the body are caused by misalignments in the body which is almost always a result of diet. The secret to having nice skin is not only being clean on the outside, but as well as the inside. The good thing is if you eat right and exercise regularly than your skin will start to glow and shine. I would also recommend switching to an organic diet. The organs responsible for healthy skin are:
Processed foods, chemicals, smoking, consuming vast amounts of alcohol, and dehydration just to name a few, all do harm to your body. Make sure to include lots of dark green leafy vegetables in your diet because they are also essential for beautiful glowing skin. Get frequent exposure of natural sunlight so your body can manufacture vitamin D and help your skin shine. However, get moderate exposure because too much of most things are bad for you. |
